Forest Bathing
Forest bathing, also known as Shinrin-yoku in Japan, is the practice of immersing yourself in nature to improve your physical and mental wellbeing.
Our sessions are built around a slow, mindful walk through a nature rich green space with a variety of 'invitations' that you can chose to complete. These invitations encourage you to use all of your senses to fully experience and connect with the natural world around you.
Studies have shown that forest bathing can help to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve mood, boost the immune system & more! It's a simple and accessible way to improve your overall well-being.
Whether you're a seasoned nature lover or new to spending time in nature a forest bathing session will help you to take a break & unwind from your daily routine and step into the peace and tranquility of a beautiful green space.
Our sessions are usually 3-4 hours long (research has shown that this is the optimal time for a forest bathing session to allow you to first unwind then start to restore).
