Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of being present and fully engaged in the current moment, without judgment or distraction. It involves bringing your attention to your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations with a sense of curiosity and openness. Mindfulness has been shown to have a variety of benefits, including reducing stress and anxiety, improving focus and productivity, and promoting overall well-being.

Our mindfulness practice (which includes guided meditations, breathing exercises, mindful movement & poetry.) has been adapted to be held outside in peaceful nature rich surroundings. (weather permitting)

We offer an 8 week programme of 90 minute sessions. Which will also require an additional 30-45 minutes practice in between in your own time & chosen space.

By regularly completing the mindfulness techniques you can help to deepen your practice and experience greater peace, joy, and fulfillment in your life.

We can offer these sessions on a 1:1 basis or in small groups (maximum of 8 attendees).
